During my career as a managing director, supervisory board member and CFO in many Western and Eastern European countries, I have successfully initiated, designed and implemented a wealth of strategy-related and organisational projects.
I was an expatriate for seven years. During this time, while undertaking pioneering work, I set up a trading company for a well-known brand products company and also restructured the corporate group of a large German / French pharmaceutical corporation in the Czech Republic. In so doing, I learned just how important it is for successful change projects to actively communicate goals and measures and for managers’ and employees’ know-how, experience and problem-solving skills to be involved in the process. This was what motivated me to undergo further training to become a systemic business coach. Given my many years of experience as a change manager and executive in a dynamic environment, I strongly believe that the flexible synthesis of “hard” fact- and knowledge-based specialist consulting and “soft” systemic consultancy guarantees sustainable project success and corresponding profitability – both in the short term and in the long term.
